Warranty

1. The PGD Tracker and ESM-1 are not warranted for accidental damage, and we accept no responsibility for camera damage of any kind, accidental or otherwise. If you do not agree to this, please return the kit unused and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
2. PGD Tracker and ESM-1 are warranted to be free of defects at the time of shipping. Both are unconditionally guaranteed to perform as described in our literature for one year.  We will repair or replace, at our discretion, either device within that period as long as such failure to perform is not due to physical damage caused by improper use or impact due to dropping the devices, on or off the camera.

Return Policy

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, but we understand that there are always circumstances where you might prefer to return your Tracker Kit.  If you are having problems using the Tracker, please consider contacting us first to see if we can help you resolve the issue.

You may return the PGD Tracker Kit within 30 days of purchase for a refund as follows:  

We will refund the purchase price, (and sales tax if applicable), If the Tracker Kit is received by us in new condition, with no missing items, including the protective plastic bag, and all included parts.  You are responsible for return shipping and packaging adequate to preserve the integrity of the product.

A 20% refurbish - restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of your purchase price, (and sales tax if applicable), If any kit items are missing or damaged, or the Tracker has been mounted to a camera, however briefly.  This is necessary to cover our cost to refurbish the mount and / or kit before we can return the Tracker Kit to inventory. You are responsible for return shipping and packaging adequate to preserve the integrity of the product.
